Windstorm, Flood or Homeowners: Which Policy Covers Which Water
The three policies, and why the county line matters.
FIVE KINDS OF WATER
Bay surge, bayou flooding, hurricane rain, a leak under the slab, or the repairs once it all dries: pick the one that matches your house.
If you know where the water came from, start there. Outside water from the bay, a bayou or the street is a flood and surge job. Rain blown in during a storm is a storm job. A pipe, slab, water heater, AC drain or appliance is a leak inside the house. Once everything is dry, the repairs go back. Behind all five is the same restoration and mitigation work. Leak, flood or surge: (346) 567-8448.
The whole job: extraction, removal, drying with readings and rebuilding.
Water in ceilings and walls after wind-driven rain.
Pipes, slab leaks, water heaters, AC drains and appliances.
Putting walls, ceilings and floors back after the drying.

| Rain during a storm, through the ceiling or a wall | Hurricane & storm rain damage |
| A supply line, the slab, the water heater, the AC or an appliance | Leaks inside the house |
| It's dry now, and the walls and floors are open | Drywall, ceiling & floor repair |
| Several sources, or you can't tell | Restoration & mitigation |
