WHO ANSWERS
Who Answers
Baytown Water Damage is a phone number and a website. This page explains what happens on the other end.
When You Call
- You call (346) 567-8448. No forms, no sign-up.
- You explain the water. Inside or outside, how much, and if it's still running.
- A participating restoration company picks up. It's a separate local business, not us.
- The company takes over. A visit, an explanation of the work and the price, then dates set with you and any insurer involved.
What the Site Is, and Isn't
Its only job is getting a wet house in front of a restoration company quickly. Baytown Water Damage owns no trucks or equipment and has no crews. Every participating company runs itself: its own prices, its own calendar, its own responsibility for the result.
Checking a Texas Restoration Company
Texas doesn't issue a statewide license for water damage restoration, so the checking falls to you:
- Insurance: ask for proof of general liability coverage in writing.
- A scope on paper: which rooms, what comes out, how drying will run, and what the price leaves out.
- Moisture logs: ask to see readings from each visit, and keep copies.
- A local address and references: recent customers you can call.
- Storm-chaser warning signs: strangers knocking the day after landfall, demands for big cash deposits, pushes to assign your claim to them, or guarantees about your insurance payout.
How the Site Is Paid
Callers pay nothing. When a call turns into a qualified lead, a restoration company or marketing partner pays the site a fee. Recordings may be kept for quality and billing checks. More: Disclaimer.
